My childhood chum, Kevin Eng, lived one block over from me growing up. It’s remarkable how time takes people in direction that no longer cross paths. I did this square to celebrate his family and to say thanks for sharing my younger school years with me. There are now grand-children in the family.
ENG is painted on both sides of a repurposed clear plexi square that once protected record albums on display in the Rose Museum at Carnegie Hall.
It measures 12.5″ x 12.5″ and is painted using acrylics and mixed medium.
