- Painted reclaimed tobacco sticks are farm tools reimagined
- Each is an artifact hand-cut from Kentucky wood, hewn to a standard of 52″ long, squared at roughly 1″, and pointed at each end
- Their original purpose was to hang tobacco leaves in ventilation barns to cure
- I found them stacked in a friend’s barn in 2011(they had stopped growing tobacco years prior) and by spring 2012 they received an award for most successful use of recycled materials
- Each is hand painted by me
All That I Am You Are
$1,200.00
ALL THAT I AM YOU ARE is a statement piece, one of two I did that began with words. It’s object and observer and the consciousness required to make the connection … life. It has two distinct sides. It’s painted using acrylics and mixed medium on wood.
