Cherries On Top

Cherries On Top

This began with a walk by a lighting store on West Broadway in 2003 and seeing the rounded mirrored plexi element in the window. I had the square canvas and the two seemed a worthy pairing.

This piece speaks to life in it’s pronounced dimensionality and many reflective elements. It’s luscious and lively. It’s mirrored surfaces bring the now into the picture.

Universality, connection, eternity and perspective play in this piece.
